The International Affairs Cell (IAC) at Uttarakhand Council for Biotechnology plays a significant role in promoting global scientific cooperation, academic partnerships, and international research collaborations in the field of biotechnology and allied sciences. Established to strengthen the Council’s international outreach and institutional networking, the Cell serves as a dedicated platform for facilitating collaborations with universities, research institutions, industries, and scientific organizations across the globe.
The Cell actively supports the development and implementation of international collaborative research projects, scientific exchange programs, joint workshops, conferences, training programmes, and technology transfer initiatives aimed at advancing biotechnology research and innovation in the State of Uttarakhand.
